AVAY's Return to SCTE TechExpo 2026: Shaping the Future of Connectivity!

We’re excited to announce that AVAY is heading back to SCTE TechExpo, and this year we’re taking the AVAY team to Atlanta, Georgia!

SCTE TechExpo26 brings together the people shaping the future of broadband, telecommunications, connectivity and technology. And this year’s event is looking especially interesting.
What’s Next for Connectivity?
AI, fiber, autonomous networks, Wi-Fi 8, edge computing, digital twins, DOCSIS 4.0 and the continued evolution of connected experiences are all major themes at this year’s Expo.
One topic that caught our attention is Digital Twins for Real-World Networks, exploring how digital models can help operators better understand, plan and manage complex physical networks.
There’s also a major focus on AI moving from experimentation to real-world operations, including AI-native networks, predictive intelligence and autonomous network technologies.
And there’s an interesting first this year: AMC Global Media is co-hosting TechExpo26 with Charter Communications, the first time a programmer has co-hosted the event. It reflects something we’re seeing more and more in the industry: connectivity and content are becoming increasingly interconnected.
And Sustainability Is Part of the Conversation
This is particularly meaningful to us at AVAY.
As networks become smarter, faster and more powerful, the physical technology behind those networks continues to evolve too. Equipment reaches the end of its first useful life, devices are upgraded, and organizations need responsible ways to manage retired technology.
That’s where AVAY’s mission comes in.
Through IT Asset Management, secure data destruction, refurbishment, electronics recycling and responsible reuse, we help businesses keep valuable technology in circulation and recover materials when equipment truly reaches the end of its useful life.
We also love that SCTE is putting sustainability into the event itself. TechExpo26 plans to use renewable energy certificates to cover 100% of the event’s energy, reduce single-use plastics, use recycled and biodegradable materials, divert waste for recycling and composting, and donate surplus food.
